问一下，拍卖的房子，是不是合同不能改的。。。求助帮忙看合同

律师指出了几条，我还是不懂啊，谁来帮忙解释一下。多谢。。
10.        There is a provision 38 allows the vendor to release the deposit. The money will be used to pay a deposit on another property the vendor is purchasing. We generally advise you to request to delete this provision on the basis that there is no security for your money and you may have problems getting your money back if the vendors purchase does not go ahead.
16.        A diagram from Sydney Water is attached to the contract showing the location of the main sewer line. The diagram indicates that the building complex is clear of the sewer main. However the Sydney Water was unable to obtain some documentation from the plumber and therefore the sewerage diagram may not comply with Sydney Water’s requirement. The plumber of the developer did not lodge the documents to Sydney Water after the works were completed at that time and Sydney Water has not updated the sewerage connection diagram.
17.        The vendor requires you to share the land tax with it and we suggest you request the vendor to delete this requirement.

就三点呗，第一点是允许提前取定，成不成为问题看你自己权衡靠不靠谱
第二点说你这屋子记录上没有主下水道路过，但是屋子建造方的水工没给SYD WATER更新下水道图样等文件，你最好去问中介／开发商要
第三点就是找你一起分摊land tax，通常没这么干的……
去和中介谈谈。

第10条，碰到过。
卖家一边卖房，一边要买房，而首付又不够，希望用买家的10%去支付他的10%首付。
律师从保护你的角度出发，建议删除。

这是auction的房子，估计卖方也不会因为一个人把合同改了。好纠结啊。

你和中介谈得拢的话可以要到一份独立的修改版合同，如果你成功拍下来了按那份合同走过场。
