这周维多利亚出清率79%  ， 感觉量也不错啊，644个卖掉的。
A clearance rate of 79 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 74 per cent last weekend and 59 per cent this weekend last year. There were 815 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 644 selling and 171 being passed in, 90 of those on a vendor bid. Next weekend the REIV expects around 60 auctions.
