想在 strata内一个townhouse安装空调，求指教

我的房子townhouse,在一个小区物业里。邻居也有安装空调的，但外置的moto都放在阳台。我的卧室没有阳台，想安装空调，body corp给我拒绝了，说moto不能挂在暴漏的墙壁上。
请教坛内前辈，这种问题如何解决呀？

（夏天到了，装空调给孩子用，我们大人无所谓）
（有一个 portable air con, 但噪音大，制冷效果不好）
我根据澳洲热心人的提示，写邮件过去： The reason for us to put air-con in the bedroom is for our unborn baby. The baby is due January 2014 that is 3 months to go. The fact that my bedroom is located on top floor and it will become very hot in summer. We are making our best effort to make her protected during the long hot days.

Would you please consider our special circumstances and review the approval.
他们回复 ~ Unfortunately it’s not my decision to make. There are other air conditioners at the complex however they are all located on the balcony. The only approved place it can be located is on the balcony.

后来我写邮件给他们~What if we put the outdoor motor on the ground (not attached to the wall) underneath the window?

body corp回复： Unfortunately the answer is still no. Your only option is to have the air conditioner installed on the balcony.
