请问现在 NSW 首次购房能免多少税费？

悉尼的这个减免印花税，不太好用。
只有买未开工的楼花，才能减免，房价还不能超过60万，还是65万。
（原先是50-60部分减免，现在好像提高到60万， 60-65万部分减免）
现在悉尼60万买个楼花，也买不到太好的。减免的印花税，都被加到房价里了。
二手的，即使加上税，也比新盘便宜一大截。

现在这税对房价来说，可以不用考虑了

The First Home—New Home scheme provides eligible purchasers with exemptions on transfer duty on new homes valued up to $500,000 ($550,000 from 1 July 2012) and concessions on transfer duty for new homes valued between $500,000 ($550,000 from 1 July 2012) and $600,000 ($650,000 from 1 July 2012).

From 1 October 2012, the $7,000 First Home Owner Grant will be replaced by the $15,000 First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) Scheme.
First home owners who purchase or build a new home where the eligible transaction commencement date (contract date) is on or after 1 October 2012 will be eligible for the $15,000 grant. The grant will reduce to $10,000 on 1 January 2016 for eligible transactions which have a commencement date (contract date) on or after 1 January 2016.
The $7,000 first home owner grant for established properties ends on 30 September 2012 and will not be available where the eligible transaction commencement date (contract date) is on or after 1 October 2012.
