收到水费单，一个字涨

水用的比上季度少很多，只有20多块钱usage
，但是固定服务费用将近涨了20块
加上annual park water fee
竟然要交250块钱

Parks charged is billed annually in first quarter of the financial year (July - September). And yes, the prices have gone up, on average the whole water bill (if the usage is consistant) would be increased by approx 26%, also you may have received an additional desalination rebate last quarter, that has also brought your water bill down last quarter.
Parks charged is an contribution that the concil charged for rated property, and the water company only happened to collect the charge on Parks Victoria behalf. Parks charge mainly is for government to maintain the green stuff you see outdoors: parks, gardens, trees...etc.
