Interest rate on home loan

Hi Everyone, I can't type chinese at work.
Just be approached by a banker from Bank of Melbourne. He mentioned a special offer for CPA & CA for loan above 1m. The rate is 4.75% for variable. $395 annual fee, no other fees, credit card, offset account package as usual ones.
they also offer $1000 for switching.
How does that offer sound?
Currently I am with NAB at 4.88.

利率不错。只能说你在nab的利率太高了。你可以找nab的banker，让他做price match。如果你贷款额多于1m的话，应该可以match到的。
