Invasive Termite inspection? Please help

Hi all,
sorry for typing in English. In the office now.
We just done a regular termite inspection for our house. But the inspector told me that after using the sniffer dog and visual inspection. There is no evidences of termites activity. (but part of sub-floor is not accessible)
BUT because my sub-floor is in damp condition and, very easy to have termites and he suggested me to do an INVASIVE inspection. (Put some holes in the walls and floors to see what is inside or underneath.
Question.
1. Do you think i need to do one? Or it is just they being too cautious?
2. Where can i find one for INVASIVE termite inspection? I try to ring up a few, but they only do the non-invasive (normal) inspection.
3. Any advice?

请问楼主Subfloor离地面有多高，如果有400mm，通风好的话，一般是没有问题的。

its on a small slope.
the area that is having a problem, got only 200 mm and not good ventilation.
