第一套房,Oatley 静街,离火车站7分钟。
Californian bunglow 样式,1921年建造,双砖。1983年翻高到2楼,上面一边是单砖,其它3边是板。
网上看起来吸引不了我,我们原本是去看Oatley另一套房子的,正好时间有多余,走过去一眼喜欢上了它。
中介说80万到85万之间,我们遂决定叫人去检查,到底近百年的房子。检查报告下来后,说这个房子需要一定的维修,楼上的卫生间漏水。。。。。。
当务之急要化6万左右,房子是好房子,但是要有预算,老公的朋友说,维修房子你以为是6万,实际上装修过程中发现新的问题,很正常,预算多个10%-30%之间,要想清楚。结果拍卖之前1晚,我老公睡不着觉
