a house sitting behind the back of a house on main road?

I found a house located in a very convenient area but it sits behind the back of another house on a fairly busy main road, on which there is a very big and popular shopping center. But the price is good, otherwise I won't be able to afford to have one in that area.
This house was bought by current owner at $282K in 2006. Apparently, it has recently been renovated and the asking price is between $350 and $370. Do you reckon its value has increased well? Presumably, the vendor started from an 80% loan.

每人标准不一样，还是看自己能不能hold住，噪音啊嘈杂啊自己能接受都可以。要方便又要清净是可遇不可求的，还有budget限制。这种问题问论坛我觉得没什么实践性。
