首次购房没住满一年，要罚款！！！

09年买的房，州收入办公室发给我的信，说首次购房补贴17000，要求一年内要住满6个月，结果住了11个月；state revenue office 来信要罚款，说根据duties 2000法律，自住房必须住满一年。但是当时是第一次买房，不知道呀！他们说我填了一个声明，说住满一年才发的补贴。不知各位首次买房时填过这个声明吗？？？？？我一点印象也没有天国这个东东！！

那个申请补贴的表格应该是律师准备的，只不过你大概只管签字，没看内容

You (or at least one applicant) must occupy the home as your/their principal place of residence for a continuous period of at least 12 months, commencing within 12 months of either settlement or completion of construction (the residency requirement). The residency requirement has been extended from 6 months to 12 months for eligible transactions that are completed on or after 1 July 2013.

Don't think is has much to do with the Duties Act 2000 but it's stated in the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 - SECT 12 (Vic)

这就不对了，ＬＺ的transaction肯定是在７月之前，必然按６个月算，不能按这１２个月的新规定走吧。
