请教大家，买房之前， strata report的重要性，是否签合同时要check一下

1 拆除+partition wall
2 plumbing + electrical
3 new kitchen+bathroom+tiling
4 wardrobe
5 painting
6 carpet
目前2 有网友推荐 3，4 可请专业人士 5 DIY 6 专业人员
关键是1，那位同学有好师傅推荐？地点在st leonards

若有那位同学需要home loan banker我可以推荐。。短信联系，我觉得我的银行还是不错的。。目前律师工作正在进行中，还好，具体要看最后的follow up 工作，工作结束后，若有同学需要我也可以推荐

经过几次与strata manager的沟通，最新答复
Section 118 notices are a statutory form and all solicitors know about it, the solicitor for the vendor will produce one for your solicitor.

The renovation work you propose will probably require approval from Council, we suggest you have your architect check this out, if they don't require a Development application you will need to provide a Certificate of Complying Development

You will also be required to provide the Owners Corporation with certification from a structural engineer confirming that the proposed walls to be removed will not effect the structural integrity of the building
