Section 118 notices are a statutory form and all solicitors know about it, the solicitor for the vendor will produce one for your solicitor.
The renovation work you propose will probably require approval from Council, we suggest you have your architect check this out, if they don't require a Development application you will need to provide a Certificate of Complying Development
You will also be required to provide the Owners Corporation with certification from a structural engineer confirming that the proposed walls to be removed will not effect the structural integrity of the building |
