doesn't look like a big kitchen, 17000 is a bit expensive,you will need cabinet maker and sounds like you are getting a 2 pack kitchen, I just paid $100 a square meter to get mine done ( I am in melb) . you can get an idea how much yours should cost. you also need electrician and plumber, depends what lines you already have in the house, price depends on how difficult of the job is going to be.
ceaser stone might be the expensive part it's about 800 for a square meter but then again depends on what you choose, some are more expensive that others. Also you need to do the floor too, you will need carpenter for floor board and tiler if you are doing tile floor, that's another expense too.
If you know the trades then you can try do everything yourself, if you don't, just pay the builder to do it, a bit more to pay but less to worry about. be aware, my builder did a really bad 2 pack job for me and I had to get the cabinet doors all repainted, read your contract properly and don't trust builder too much, try to do some research yourself. When it finish, don't forget to get whatever certificate you need for completion. good luck. |
