刚刚从银行回来,NAB,现在来补充几点:
根据银行贷款经理的说法,海外父母可以进title,但即便不是joint borrower也要是guarantor。也就是说一定要把他们的名字登记在mortgage文件里。银行到没有和我提到FIRB的事情。不过FIRB倒是回复了我早先的一封email:
【If your parents are going to take a mortgage interest in the property, they will need to make an application to us to gain mortgagee approval. This will also mean that if the mortgage defaults, then the property must be sold.
Your parents need to complete the above application and forward this, along with an explanation letter to our firbrealestateapplications@treasury.gov.au email.】
是不是说我每看一次房子,都要在auction之前去给FIRB写封信然后递个申请表。这样的话不是太麻烦了啊!我都不知道房子要不要买,但每次都要递申请,他们不批我还不敢在合同上写父母的名字呢。 |
