swimming pool is leaking

I bought one house two months ago. Before I moved in, the previous owner set the multi-ports on " backwash". After 42 days, I moved in, I turned pump off and change to "Rinse" 10 minutes and to filter, I did not turn pump on, the water in pool went down 5 cms each night. last night, I re-filled water and turn pump on, the skimmer box water is empty , full, empty, full... and same time, I found no in salt chlorinator and some water was out from sewage place. I am scared and turn pump off , this morning, i saw water go down as well 5 cms, I called clark rubber, they do not have technican to work on site, please advise how to fix this, thanks
