最近想買房，咨詢下北边的？west pennant 和baukham hills

最近在看房，主要看house 和townhouse是給父母住的2到3房就可以，看的区west ryde附近，还有marsfield,bee croft,pennant hills到hornby,waitara这些靠北的都在看，budget在700k左右，主要是要環境好安全，父母會開車購物不要太遠都ok。就是怕700k左右难买到北边房子，又不知道西北castle hills baukham hills那边如何，请各位给点意见，十分感谢

House应该只有老房子了
LZ应该不是去拿70k买房吧，应该是打错了

推荐的区不敢说
按照LZ的要求，可以在carlingford / castle hil / eastwood看看
论坛有精华帖介绍这些区的，应该会有帮助

这都不是上北岸啊。....The "Upper North Shore" usually refers to the suburbs north of Chatswood, east of the Lane Cove river and south of the uppermost border of the Hornsby shire council area. It is made up of the handful of suburbs encompassing the Ku-ring-gai council and Hornsby shire council. The affluent area is known for its clean leafy streets, stately homes and high property prices. Ku-ring-gai was rated as having the number 1 quality of life in Australia (there are 590 Australian Local Government Areas) in the BankWest Quality of Life Index 2008.

我不知道如何表達，也知道不算正上北岸，那就北邊把，chastwood到hornsby或beecroft到hornsby這些區
