how to answer any foreseeable changes to your circumstances in your loan applica

I am preparing for loan application. A question on the application form, "Do you know of any foreseeable significant changes to your circumstances or anything else that may reasonably be expected to have a bearing on your
application for credit that will lead to changes in your ability to make contracted repayments under the proposed loan without difficulty? Yes No "
Actually, the only concern is my work situation. Over 2 years ago, I started my role at my current workplace on a contract. I have all the leaves like permanent staff here but only on a fixed term. My contract has been extended twice. My current contract will end in October and I have no idea if it will be extended or not.
Any advice to answer it?

Don't worry about it. This is the nature of a "contract" position. Nobody knows it will get extended or not. If bank accepts your employment status, they will accept that two.
You got the contract extended twice in the past and this is a good indication that it can be continuous. My friends got offer for permanent position at the middle of their contract.
Even you are a permanent employee, so what? 你怎么知道明天不会被炖东菇呢
