请问一般多长时间可以加房租？？

租客刚住了半年，中介问我想不想加房租。以前好像听过，不能一年内就加，是真的吗？

不要加租。换一个租客的成本要高过你加租的收益。

我以前租房都是被加租了。租客找房子也很麻烦。我都是同意加租。

租是肯定要加的，无论是否换租客，起码得追上通胀啊，不合理的加租当然会赶租客，但不合理的低租也不是什么好事，会拉低同区物业的租市，最后影响到同区房价，最后影响的还是自己物业的价值

就是嘛，出了合约就可以加租了，这就是为什么租客一般希望能签长约，lock in租金，这也是一般中介给房东们的建议，前半年租金稍低，之后续约加租（其实合约结束后就算不续新约也可以加租，只要给够60天的notice），这样租客比较倾向于接受加租
