1. $600 LAF waiver for new Simplicity Plus loans for all new loans submitted between 10 February - 7 March 2014.
a. There is no draw down date limitation with this offer
b. The LAF waiver will be processed by ANZ with no further action from you.
2. $1000 switching for new loans greater than $1m submitted between 10 February - 7 March 2014.
a. Loans must be drawn down or limit must be activated by Friday 30 May 2014 to be eligible for the $1000 switching cost reimbursement.
如果refinance+new purchase贷款总额超过1M，同样可以拿到$1000 cash rebate.
