请帮忙看下title,authority: converted title是什么意思，是不是房子的title?

今天拿到title,几个地方不明白
authority: converted title是什么意思，是不是房子的Torrents title?这个title好不好呢？
description of land ：allotment 4 deposited plan 361 in the area mamed xxxxxx（地名）。这个只是说属于什么地区，不是说属于什么政府建设规划吧，这块地不会补征用掉吧？
schedule of endorsements：xxxxxxxx(数字） mortgage to permanent custodians ltd。这个是不是说卖主要贷home loan 把房子抵押给银行，不是说这个房子已经抵押出去还债了吧？
