你得房子已经抵押给银行，就算有别的债权人，也挡不住银行第一权利收债
你欠别人钱管银行乜事，银行只盯着这个房子就行了
倒霉的是其他借你钱的人

they will ask for every single transactions looks suspicious. when I applied my mortgage, they did ask one of the deposit I lodged. I said that's the money I brought from China my saving account.
then, they asked me to provide further supporting documents to match up this transaction. like the bank statement of the bank in China.
you can get your parents to declare this part of money is a gift to you, and they do not expect you to pay it back to them. that's advised by my broker. howerver, this declaration need to be signed by solicitors or public notary.

also, if they transfer the money from overseas. do not transfer it from your own bank account from China to here. there will be tax issues... do it under your parent's name. and declare it's a gift.
