房子已卖，还未Settle，收到Land Victoria的一封信，怎么回事

合同已签，离Settle还有一个多月，收到这么封信，有卖房经历的人你们也都收到过吗？

发信部门是 Department of Sustainability and Environment。
我律师讲，这是买方提交的Case，目的是防止我一房两卖，如果卖的话，只能卖给他。这封信真的对我无任何影响吗？
如果提交这种Case真能起到保护买家的话，也给大家提个醒，不妨也用这个法律手段保护保护自己。（个人觉得多此一举，合同都签了，你还怕个屁啊）
