是underfloor heating好还是ducted heating好呢？

It does have impacts on timber floor.
I am about to get timber floor installed on concret floor with underfloor hydronic heating and have done some research.
It seems that hardwood flooring is not suitable.
I chose engineered timber flooring which is more stable.
As long as the underfloor heating temporature doesn't exceed 27C, it's fine.
27C is warm enough.
Hydronic underfloor heating is more effcient consuming less energy, but heats up more slowly than ducted heating.
As it doesn't consume much energy, you can simply turn it to low temporature rather than turning off it when leaving home.
Once it heats up the floor, it's more comfortable than ducted heating, as it has no noise and provide much more even heating under you feet.

那装这个是不是要先把木地板拆了, 装在underlay里, 然后再把地板铺回去? 装地热的人包不包拆装地板?还是要找铺地板的人来拆装地板?

There are mainly two types of underfloor heating - hydronic and electric.
Hydronic heating needs to be embedded inside the floor, so you can probably only install it during building the house.
Electric underfloor heating can be installed on existing house.
I am not too sure how it's installed.
As far as I know, hydronic heating is more efficient and costs less to run, and electric heating is easier to install but more expensive to run.

木地板不太适合装地暖因为木板导热慢。地砖导热好适合地暖。经历过几个有地暖的房子，感觉第一室内比较温和，没有燥热感。第二冬天光脚在家非常舒适。不过在悉尼每年也没几天好用的。
