Termite barrier - Termidor or Biflex?

刚刚买的房子，想做一下termite barrier,找了2个报价，一个华人的，说是一种新型的叫Term X系统，就是在地下埋管道，管道上有很多小孔，在把药倒进去，报价3800，一个鬼佬的公司，就是传统的在地上钻眼的方法，报价5千多。请问有没有朋友做过的，用的是哪种，效果好吗，成本多少？

Recently ask one of the experienced termite person for the same thing. From his opinion, the prevention is not necessary. He said there would be no way to kill it eventually. As long as it will not destroy your house, you may do nothing but inspection regularly.
Lot of the old houses find problems then go to termite treatment. After the procedure, people still can live there without problems.
Some of them only find the wooden stuff (outside the houses) has been damaged but not the house. They may only treat the damaged wooden stuff.
From his opinion, it is waste of money for doing the prevention. But it will be necessary for the treatment if there has been issues.

继续问啊，华人报价中有两个选择，一个是用termidor 的药水，一种是用biflex 的药水，就便宜一千多，请问有没有朋友用过呢，介绍一下效果？我在网上看到，貌是biflex 也不错啊。
