拿到房子检查的报告，虽然不是重大结构问题，请问这些是大问题吗？

做房屋检查的师傅说，在30年的房子里，这个算Avg，给的报告也是Avg，头痛。
如果是重大结构问题就能跑了，现在跑很难。。。

这个有活的白蚁迹象啊， 30年房子 结构上确实AVG。 不过这个白蚁， 很烦。。。。
