Fully furnished, including one double bed, one wardobe, one dressing table, one desk & chairs.

Location is in the safe area Unley Park , bus stop 9 is in front of the house(Gozone 190-199). 15 mins to CBD. Two big shopping centres are nearby(Unley & Mitcham Square), 15 mins to reach by walking.

Rent is $105/wk for single or $110/wk for couple, share other bills but no more than $10/wk.
