（1） tell me a situation when you have to choose between quality of work and meeting a deadline (这个我直接无语—）
  (2) tell me your biggest stregnth and weakness

第一问确实好无语，我觉得作为会计来说，quality and deadline是并驾齐驱的，是同样重要的存在。

for point 1
first it is never happen in my life.  i have all the thing org before cut off.  if i have difficult, i will talk to my direct manage....
if it is really happen.. (which is not likely in my life) I will priority the work.
some work are more important than the other....

这个有点过了。。。deadline是人定的，协商好就行了

这些问题都比较GENERAL,跟FA硬性专业问题无关嘛,HR问的吧

问题都很常规，关于第一点开启点思路
never compromise the quality.
1-overtime
2- talk with the manager to ask extra resource
3- try to negotiate the deadline, and prioritize  the work flow order to set the 1st deadline ( think which one is the quickest, and how long will you take to complete the next)
问问题的人是要看你的思路。
会计工作中一定会遇到好几个deadline并行的情况，各种处理技巧在特定的情况下都是需要的。
