急问SAP里Cost Center的设置

楼主是SAP小白，乱打乱撞进了这个用SAP的公司，虽然日常使用没有问题，不过就不太熟悉SAP的系统运作。
今天boss要求为新开的一个项目设置cost center。具体要求是四个小分队各用一个，然后汇总给项目经理的cost center。想请教各位SAP大神，我需要设5个cost centers吗？如果是的话，如何把四个汇总给项目经理的那一个呢？还是我应该用profit center来汇总呢？
我以前是用Oracle的，WBS用惯了，不过真不知道如何在SAP里怎么弄了。

很久没用过fi模块的人飘过。。。
我以前公司做法应该是会建4个单独的internal order然后都 100% allocate 到一个cost center
然后把4个internal order建个group，internal order report可以直接看group level的汇总结果

You can set up WBS in SAP.

4 profit/cost centers under 1 group, manager can run report under this group
KCH5N setup profit center group and profit center
OKEON setup cost center group and cost center

Agree with Wen Yu to use internal orders and settle to cost centres.
If you have project accounting in place, the best is to use wbs to track the costs. I guess you can set settlement rules to do whatever you want.
You need to check with your SAP IT team to see if these options are available to you.

You can use cost centres to track costs also,but i can foresee some assessment and reporting issues.(you may not be able to post cgs using cost centre)
Again,ask your FI analyst.

使用Internal order 是比较合理的，因为架构很简单，操作也比较容易。
WBS 也可以，但是一般来说 WBS 用在项目上，CAPEX 占得比重比较大
当然WBS也不一定都用在Capital 比重大的项目山，很多IT公司没有很多Capital项目，那他们就很常用OPEX的 WBS，那也就无所谓了。

Internal Orders are used for short term purpose like Trade Fairs, Job Fairs etc., where as Cost Centers are used for long term purpose to capture the day to day costs.
从reporting来看,自然是cost center更好些,但要看report要做到什么程度

应该是Internal order 建立在 cost center 下面的那种结构，就解决了。

看了半天。
我的理解是，你有一个总COSTCENTER ，想分成四个分队。
我的做法是一个COSTCENTER就够了。
CJ20N 做好WBS， 里面可以LEVEL 2 WBS 4个。
每个都是汇总的那个 CC。。 所以只要一个就能分开4种COST CENTRE。
PROFT CENTER如果不同，可以建立LEVEL 3  WBS。。
不知道我理解得对不对。。
