Customer Support IT – Graduate
North Ryde
EMC are looking for our next future stars to join our upcoming intake of graduates in our Customer Support Centre in Sydney.
Successful candidates will participate in the Global Services Associate Program (GSAP) – they’ll be provided world class training, hands on experience and a technical career path, which will enable them to grow and achieve their future career goals.
Our associates are selected for their strong technical, communication and customer service skills.
What we’re looking for:
    Computer Science or Engineering degree (graduated within the past 18 months)
    Desire to build a long term career in a Technical Customer Support role
    Enjoy going that one step further in providing stellar customer service
    A high sense of urgency and enjoy working within a fun team environment
    A thirst for knowledge and a strong grasp of technology (Networking, Databases, Storage, Compute)
    Multi lingual is advantageous but not a necessity
    Must resides in Sydney, be an Australian citizen or hold Australian PR and be able to start on 28th July 2014

你去留学生论坛发，可能就比较多人回应。
这里大多做了几年的。不太适合。

LZ是好心给同胞提供机会，但是这个做法不太恰当吧。内部推荐的本意是要员工推荐知根知底的人，你这样推荐一个自己也不认识的人，对公司也是一种不负责任。
