ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role exists as part of the Sydney unit of a global financial company, a group that is responsible for development, implementation and support of exchange trading systems.
Generic Responsibilities:
?        System and requirements analysis, documentation and review, working both internally and with client requirements.
?        System design and documentation
?        Programming and unit testing
Technical Skills:
?        3+ years development experience
?        Strong Object Oriented programming skills
?        Strong Visual C++ and knowledge of Windows Visual Studio
?        Knowledge of UNIX and Linux
Behavioral Skills
?        Analytical and methodical
?        Structured work approach and ability to work under minimal supervision
?        Self motivation and initiative and the ambition to contribute through effective communication with management and team members
?        Team player
Desirable:
?        Financial Industry experience
