British Virgin Island的离岸公司章程通常有两个， 一个是Memorandum of Association（名字， 地址，经营范围等）， 另一个是Article of Association（股份处理细则，懂事，董事会，清算等）。
前面的翻完了， 想在网上找相应的后面这个细则， 就怎么都找不到。
不知道，有没有人以前做过类似的工作， 或看过类似的中英文互翻？

晕，看了半天才看懂，你把shall后面的逗号写成了句号，然后except应该小写你大写了。再猜expressed后面应该是in你写成is。
请问我猜的对不对啊？

上网搜了一下，发现这个网站有样本下载，中英文版本都有。还有其他注册需要的文件。
