English VersionYou need:
2 eggs,
250G Mascapone cheese
a pack of Sponge biscuit(cake,figure shape)
chocolate powder
Rum
Expresso CoffeeSteps:
1.Sperate egg yolk and egg white
2.Mix yolk with mascapone cheese, stir til mix well, but no bubble.
3. Mix egg white with suggar( as your preference), stir till mix well, but no bubble.
4. Mix 2 and 3 together, continue stir, but don't make any bubble.
5. prepare a glass bowl, dip the sponge cake into Rum. have to be quick, but also let the sponge cake
suck enough Rum, place it into galss bowl. keep repeat it, til fill the first level of the bowl.
6. pour the mix into the bowl, until it cover the first layer of the sponge cake.
7.then dip sponge cake into expresso coffee, let it suck the coffee, but not too much, then place it on top of first layer.. repeat it, until make the second layer.
8. pour rest of mix into bowl.
9. put a bit chocolate powder on the top . then place it in frigde for 4 hours. done.
