LD 刚Web development 毕业如何找工作

LD刚刚 Web development 毕业，
seek上的工作发了一些，没有效果。
我赶脚是没有经验的原因，想让她编一些经验，
但是她非要事实就是（她的优点）
这样怎么找到工作呢？
除了seek，大家还有什么推荐么？
找中介可以么？

其实经验要编的，让她被拒1000次后她会觉悟的。不吹连面试机会都没有。

There is something you can try as well, go to the technical meetups. There are quite a few you can find in meetup.com
I've seen the IT students from General Assembly showing up in all sorts of tech meetup( javascript, ruby, etc...) in order to get their face familiar. Some of these meetups have jobs session for people looking/offering works. If you are lucky and there are junior positions open, you can chat to the potential employer directly and they prefer to talk to a 'real' person than seeing the cv on paper as well.
The first job is always difficult, most of the time you need both hard working and luck!!

编经验很容易被揭穿了
招聘的人让你给他看你做的产品或者网站，然后让你讲具体是如何实现的，你没做过，或者不是你做的，怎么编？
如果是web开发，就自己买个主机，买个域名，也就几十块钱，然后自己试着搭建几个网站或者应用，就能很容易给招聘的人展示你有能力做什么工作，有什么方面的特长。
这个虽然算不上真正的经验，不过比没有还是强太多了。
