contract term

I signed a contract with agent in Aug 2006. After my initial 3 months contract ended, my contract was extended 4 months more. And now the company which i work for now, wants to extend my contract again, maybe to end of this yr. In this case, can i get rid of the agent? the contract term is as below.
10. OFFERS OF ENGAGEMENT FROM CLIENT(a) You acknowledge that an Assignment is provided on a temporary basis only, andunless otherwise confirmed in writing, no action by the Company or the Client shallconstitute an offer of future permanent employment.(b) For a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of an assignment, you willadvise the Company within two days of any offer of employment made by or through theClient or a third party introduced by the Client.
The reason why I want to get rid of the agent is that they charge a lot and less supports except the interview at the beginning...
If i can not get rid of them in 12 months, Can i discuss with the company I work for, to extend the contract to Aug => 12 months since I signed the contract with the agent. And then directly sign a new contract with the company by myself (maybe use my ABN)...
is it possible?

千万别把Agent丢开,虽然他们也收取一定费用,但是还是会很专业地为你服务的,没有了Agent,我想雇主也不太可能会继续和你个人保持Contract雇佣关系的.

不鼓励。搞不好在agent的圈子里上了黑名单就不好了。你可以尝试问问上司以后有没有机会转成permanent.

你看你自己和中介的合同有什么用啦。。。还有一份公司和中介的，你看过没有？
上面应该明确写明如果你不和中介续约的话，公司在12月之内是不能雇用你的！

从来没听说过收钱的中介，他们从你的老板那里拿佣金，不应该再收你的钱。

There is no headcount to transfer to be permanent.
How about if I finsih 12 months contract with agent? do i still need to tie with this agent in future if i still work for the same company?
