discuss change job or not?

hi everyone how are u?
i have a big problem. i wish everyone can give me good idea?
now i am working in the fruit shop for 3 years. hard job, but good money. ok  i tell in detail. 5 day a week from 6 am to 6:30 pm.$1000 after all tax and 4 weeks holiday with pay.
i am thinking to change job since it is labour job and i can not work like that in my life. also i get the degree of master of accouting. then i want to find the accounting job. but the money i got now is very good and the accounting job is hard to find and the money maybe only 30k after tax.
i am so confused now.can u give me idea on this matter. thanks]

这个pay好,可是是12小时的超长时间工作换来的
要不把这个工作做下去,但是part-time,每周3天什么的,同时找会计工作

建议不要太看重眼前的得失，所谓不破不立，还是找到喜欢的工作，薪水总会上去的

同意,而且每天12小时的工作,又能坚持多少年?

$1000 a week is not that great considering the hours and potential pay you will get by changing job.
