墨尔本Sunshine和Coburg，哪个区好些？

如题？ 住在这两个区的tz觉得这两个区好吗？我要搬家了。

Neither of this two suburbs have a good reputation for safety in Melbourne in Chinese community~
Anyway, it depends.
I used to live near Sunshine. It is ok for new guys since it is not so far from city and major railway station. Also the house and food are cheap. Until now, I will drive to Sunshine once or twice a month. It is not as dangerous as many people imagine.
If you choose sunshine, I highly recommend you try the charcoal chicken in sunshine market place/shopping center. It is near the village cinema in a Food court. Every time I will try half if I went to Sunshine.

That is great!  That is why I recommend.

My husband is going to work in Moonee Ponds soon, but the houses there are very expensive? Any good living places around there? Thanks! At the moment we are looking at Sunshine.

Essendon is a very nice area and close to Moone Ponds. However I wonder whether it is any cheaper in terms of rentals.
Brunswick West may be cheaper and is close to Moone Ponds as well. Can't say it's a nice area but not too bad either.

从口碑上来说，Sunshine应该是墨尔本最差的地区之一。如一定要从Sunshine和Coburg选，可能Coburg要好些。正如AS建议Brunswick West 应该是个选择。

go a bit north and near the broadmeadows line, you have more choices.
glenroy, pascal vale, or even broadmeadows.
