Xavier posted on the ps board this morning regarding a glitch that I feel all sellers need to be alerted about.
Here is part of Xaviers post:
We're seeing several reports where the buyer's information in checkout is coming up incorrect. The buyer's details are correct, but when you view their details in the sales record for SM or SMP, a completely different buyer and details is listed.
I can confirm I have had two sales today where incorrect details are coming up so I have the task of confirming all addresses with buyers prior to posting.
On the sale I had this afternoon, the notification had one name and address for nsw. When I clicked send information it came up with a different name and an address in Victoria.
Sorry to be the bringer of bad news be careful everyone and double check everything.
