季度交没有问题,CBUS的信应该只是提醒而已
Cbus acknowledges that the law sets out the minimum requirements for payment of SG contributions. Although Superannuation legislation sets out the minimum requirement of quarterly contributions, the Fund’s Trust Deed, requires monthly payments. Therefore the requirement for monthly contributions takes precedence for Cbus.
Cbus does not allow either registered or non-registered employers to submit superannuation payments on a quarterly basis.
Our records indicate that we have not received an Employer Application form for you to join Cbus.
It is possible that due to the non-completion of an application form, you are not fully aware of the requirement to make contributions on a monthly basis, and if this is the case, we are more than happy to arrange for a workplace visit by a Fund co-ordinator to further discuss these requirements.
The Trustee manages the Fund in line with circumstances and conditions affecting our industry. This is to ensure the interests of all Cbus Members are protected. The intention is to ensure that all benefits are fully vested in a Member’s account on a monthly basis and earning interest for the Member. Insurance cover can also be affected if monthly contribution payments are not maintained.
The Cbus Trustees have a duty to request superannuation contribution arrears. Regular payment of contributions helps ensure that an employer remains compliant with their Superannuation Guarantee (SG) obligations and with other legislative requirements (such as voluntary member contributions to be paid within 28 days of the end of the month). Note: Substantial regulatory penalties can be imposed if these requirements are not met.
