如何回答好中介电话中的前几个问题？

本来想发一个求助贴，但是转念一想，不如大家一起来讨论吧！（温馨提示，本贴中包含作者之劣质英语，不要轻易模仿，若有雷同，纯属并且绝属偶然！）
近几天总有中介打电话过来（看来有人对我，或对我的简历感兴趣），但很多都是没问几个问题就匆匆收线了。所以我在想，回答好前几个问题至关重要。再多说一句，其实对于他们的问题我还是听得比较清楚的（听力有所提高，哈哈），但对一些基础性的问题，实在不知该说些什么。
1。无外呼问好，中介很少用hello,一般都是how are you!,平时无非是回答Good.但此时总会出现一两秒的空白，我感觉他在等我再说些什么。这时，问题来了，是该说Good,thank you. And you? 还是说些什么呢？
2。Are you convenient to answer several questions at this moment?
经常因为紧张只是一路OK。至少该以“Yes, sure.”或“No problem”开头啊！后面还应说些什么吗？
3.What did you do after you arrived at Australia?
我来了一年半了，之后生孩子，看孩子，没干什么别的。之间只是去AMES上job searching course, 自学MYOB，说这些也没什么加分的地方吧，只能如实回答。
After settled down, I gave birth to my baby and took care of him for one year.
4．Have you use MYOB before?
真实情况是没在实际工作中用过，因为没工作过。但学的时候书中是有很多例子的，在试用版中做很轻松，感觉原理都是一样的，和国内的小财务软件，如用友等大同小异。在这种情况下该如何说才能吸引对方。
I learnt MYOB and it is very similar to the financial software I used before. I think I can handle it in the actual working environment without difficulty, cause the examples in the book are much easier to me.
我想还是不要以“To be honest…“开头比较好吧！（此问题征最佳英语答案）
5．What did you do in your last job?
我个人觉得这个问题最难回答，看似简单，最容易让人摸不着头脑。干了什么，简历上写得清清楚楚，无非是看你英语表达能力如何，此时你也感觉不出他的用意。
I acted as a full-function role in accounts payable team. Almost all of the duties I had done before, such as staff reimbursement, supplier payment, reconciliation, replied internal or external inquiries, company credit cards, foreign currency and some general ledger duties at the month end. 这样的回答是不是有点“你不会自己看简历”的意思？我都不满意的答案，不知中介会怎么想。

关于第5个问题，一般无论中介和公司都会的。这不是明知顾问，是想听你展开你所列举的一些responsiblity。 如果中介不大了解你做的那行，他们会要你说一下一天从你上班开始要做的routine的事情。还有involve的projects。 我个人认为你指出你所有的经历都在你的CV上，是很rude的，好像再指责别人没做足功课。 中介一般会根据你电话里所说的逐条检查你的CV，你没有讲到的内容如果他不清楚也会再问得。

如果要写的话，个人认为应该这么说：
1，These have been detailed in my resume.
2, These have been listed in/on my resume in detail.

my answer: Good/Very well, thank you, yourself?

My answer: Sure, I am glad to answer any questions you have.

My answer: After settling down, I gave birth to a babe and took care of him for one year. During this period of time, I also went to AMES to take job searching course and I taught myself MYOB.
I think the course you took and MYOB will add point to you and if I were you, I would like to mention them.

I think your answer is pretty good, as least sounds to me.

My answer: I got XX years experience in XX area, and XXX
Be specific, and to the point.
It might help if you write down all these answers on paper and practice again and again until very familar.

我觉得中介的开头和LZ说的不一样，我觉得是：
“请问你是不是XX？”
然后后面是
“Hi, XX , 这里是XX中介的XXX”然后才是“How are you”
