公司合同上的Notice Period包不包括Holiday

现在在用这里推荐的在线中文输入，上班还蛮好用的。 想问问大家有没人知道公司合同上的Notice Period包不包括Holiday
要是年底换工作的话，比如拿到新工作12月20号，２周Notice period，12月25号到1月5号Holiday,那是不是要在假期后再要补１周多的时间在老公司做呢？？(12月20-25号算3天工作日),
还是说假期可以算在里面，假期后就直接能去新公司？？

Theoretically, holiday should not be included in the notice period. but most of the companies are not restrict in this area..if you 've already made your decision to leave.

public holiday可以包含在notice period中。理论上ANNUAL LEAVE不应该包括在内，但是圣诞节假期的annual leave大部分是由于公司close down而强制性休的。所以一般公司都允许这样的处理。personal leave (sick leave)可以包含在notice里面，如果能提供doctor certificate。。。。

BUT,  I have to warn you. If you are already on some task better finish it before you go on holiday. Or you can forget about any good reference.

Sure, I know what you mean. Thanks. I will try to get my work done otherwise give a summary list of what's going on with the clients i'm dealing with to the boss.
