1.oven to 180 'c .grease and flour a deep round cake pan 2.place cake mix,80g plain four ,5 eggs,20g butter, 60g suger and 20ml milk,using an electric mixer,mix on lw speed(not use high speed)until ingredients are combined.mix on medium speed for 2 minutes,scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally.pour batter into prepared round cake pan.3.bake for 35-40minutes.cake is baked if it spring back when lightly touched in the centre.allow cake to cool in pan for 1 hour.befor inverting onto a cooling wire,allow cake to cool completely before creamthe cake for we were married 2 months,cheers!!!
