2 1/4 cups (225 grams) sifted cake flour 225克 过筛过的低筋面粉
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) superfine white sugar (caster sugar) 170克 细砂糖
1 tablespoon baking powder 1桌勺泡打粉
1/2 teaspoon salt 半茶勺盐
2 tablespoons grated orange zest (outer orange skin) 2桌勺橙子皮
1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable, corn, canola, or sunflower oil3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice (2 - 3 large oranges) 1/2杯(120毫升)菜油,或玉米油或canola油,或葵花籽油; 用2-3个新鲜的大橙子挤的橙汁(3/4杯 180毫升)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1茶勺 香草精
