Employer ask for reference check 2 days ago, says it for all the 2nd interview candidates
But no phone calls in 2 days......?
Whats going on?

don't worry. HR is pretty busy, and it takes quite long time to get all the response from your reference I believe.

and the no phone calls, you mean they didnt call your reference you provided yet? or they did the reference check already, but just haven't contact you yet?
