Please excuse my direct approach.
I am currently seeking the services of a Senior Developer, to work a permanent opportunity based in Sydney's CBD.
The client in this instance is a Not for Profit organisation.
In this role you will document application architecture and develop and implement database and software programs. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to design and implement reports, as well as review and check application development work provided by IT consultants.
Further to this, candidates need to have had 5+ years experience in application development using ASP.NET Framework, C# and javascript. Candidates also need to have had experience in Database development using SQL Server (2008 or later) and a working knowledge of object-oriented design and programming.   
This is a great opportunity to join an organisation who really does try to make a difference and who is a big supporter of a good work-life balance. The client can pay a total package (inclusive of super and tax salary packaging) of $89,000.

记得NGO有一点免税额度吧，可以当成9万出头的
只要5年经验， 这年头还算可以了

5年9万package不高
但从job description的要求来讲，也不能算低。
（很多4-5年的.net developer也就拿个7万+super)
只是工作强度如何？工作稳定吗？(NGO这种听着不咋的，
我之前认识有人在NGO当会计，结果自己工资不准时到账的）
上升渠道如何？
有可能干个一年半载就让你走人，那还不如作contract
