Easycash & Easycar--urgent

Helle, is anyboby know how to use the easycash and easycar software, which is specially designed for car dealer. i need to know how to process the accounts payable.many thanks.

我目前在车行里做。 你的payable是指跟别的车行批发车， 还没付款的creditors outstanding account 吧? 你要给个明确的例子， 我才能告诉你怎么做呀~~~

i am working in dealer as well, i already figure out the account payable, but i still have a question for you, if we brought a car from auction, and how to process the payment in easycar & easycash,thank you so much.

if you bought a car from auction, first 当然是把车的资料输入easycar.  
after payment made, 有2种做法:
easycar:
1. search 那辆车的rego
2. click on creditor/payment, then click on add 然后输入payment details such as payment date, cheque number.就完成了。
easycash:
1. click on cash book
2. select account - bank account
3. click on add
4. type: p, 然后type in creditor的名， easy cash就会列出你们跟还没有付款给那个creditor的车。
5。在每辆车enter the amount paid就行了。

还有一个问题，bank recon怎么做，这个软件不是很熟呀，不是是所有的transaction都要tick,谢谢

. Enter bank recon, date and balance shown on the statement on that date.
. payment: 只tick the transaction那些支票已经prensented (bank statement), add transaction from bank statement that 没有shown on easycash, such as bank fee
. receipt (deposits) tick 那些已经进账(bank statement), add transaction from bank statement that 没有shown on easy cash such as credit interest...
