我们公司内部的面试TIPS
看了一下很多自己以前还没有特别注意过,有些借鉴意义,给大家分享一下。
尤其关于怎样提些好问题部分,非常有用。
Tips to help you prepare for this situation:
Some of your questions may be answered during the course of the interview, before you are offered the opportunity to ask. If you feel that you need more information about what was discussed, just ask for clarification if applicable. After all, you, not just your future employer, needs to feel comfortable about the decision.
Do not ask questions that are clearly answered on the employer’s web site and/or in the literature provided by the employer to you in advance. This would reveal that you did not prepare for the interview. And never ask about salary and benefits until those subjects are raised by the employer.
Sample questions to help you out in your next interview.
How much opportunity is there to see the end result of my efforts? How much guidance or assistance is made available to individuals in developing career goals? What are the company’s/team strengths and weaknesses compared to its competition? Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do? What’s been your best experience working at this company or team? What’s the greatest thing your manager has done for his/her people? How important does upper management consider the function of this department/position? What is the organisation’s plan for the next five years, and how does this department fit in? What will be expected of me in my first 6 months? What is the company’s or your management style? Can you please describe the team or company's team culture?
These are just samples, do your research and write some questions down before your interview. If you know you won’t remember your list, bring your list with you to the interview. It’s better than sitting there with a blank look on your face. |
