We are a young family with a baby. We have 1 bedroom available to rent. The house is in Ngunnawal and is fully furnished, 7 mins driving to Gungahlin Shopping Mall, 2 mins walking to bus stop and 5 mins walking to local shops.

The available room is a sunny single room with a single bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. $135 per week, including all bills (Internet, water, electricity and gas), minimum 3 months stay. Room is available now and NO BOND IS NEEDED, 4 weeks rent in advance.
