Great location: 30 meters from Smith St, Fitzory, and a short walk to Brunswick St, Fitzory and CBD. Its close to everything, yet it is very quite.
Great apartment: the building is over hundred years old, but convert to warehouse apartments a few years ago. There are many old charms but still its contains very comfort that modern life has to offter such as high ceiling (higest point is more than 8 meters) and polished floorboards, exposed 6 bricks thick red bricks and exposed steel beams.
