The local china officer from population control dept said I have to pay More than RMB40000 to give my baby a ＂HuKou＂, they said others case have discount 60%, But as a single mother my case no any discount. If I can pay them, our daughter can have a ＂Hukou＂. But If I dont pay them the court would send men to bother me in the coming days.
　　Look at the goverment officer what they said as a robber.
　　I said to them if I sign the name why would do this to me, then I give up to application for any ＂HuKou＂ for my daughter.
