Description: An opportunity is available for you to apply for the position of People & Culture Co-ordinator in Head Office.
The main objective of this position is to deliver outstanding administrative and project support across a range of People & Culture functions.
Major responsibilities include:
Provide high level administrative support for performance reviews, salary reviews, bonus scheme, recruitment and termination processes
Maintain and update intranet including the Employee Directory, Organisational Charts and other News content
Publish all internal and external advertising and direct resumes to managers on daily basis
Prepare P&C reports, audits and documentation
Organise employee conferences and meetings as required
Co-ordinate Recognition and Rewards Program and Service Award Program
Provide basic policy interpretation to Managers
Assist with P&C projects as required
Deliver outstanding customer service
Team effectively with other Head Office & Branch staff
Discharge duties in accordance with Pickles procedures and The Pickles Commitment & Values
Skills, Attributes & Experience Required:
At least 2 years administrative experience, experience in a similar position will be highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate MS Outlook, Word and Excel Skills
Basic MS PowerPoint and Visio Skills
Excellent organisational skills
High attention to detail
Flexible & efficient; the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
HR Qualifications or currently undertaking related study will be an advantage
