Accenture usually requires you have deep understanding about accenture's culture. if you applied for the ATS, you can check carefully in accenture's website for the accenure's culture.
The HR also like to ask you why you interested in working for accenture.

As I known, accenture keep recuriting new employees for a long long time. The IDC internal report said accenture is the top 10 consultant companies in the world and it was the best one in 2005-2006. Others are IBM, HP, Fujust..CISIO(?).....

Accenture原来是Andersen Consulting部门闹独立出来的，还曾经跟AA关于分家打过官司。楼主一定要会吹牛，consulting感觉就是哪个公司有了闲钱，不花不开心，于是找个consulting firm出个问题来解决，然后拿着发票去跟投资者报销。3个人的咨询小组，花个1-3个月攒出一本书一样厚的报告，越厚客户的老板越没时间看，然后交给手下实施，结果下面一片骂娘声，最后结论外脑不一定适合土鳖。
